If you prefer, you can place an order with one of our authorized dealers. A list of dealers in your area can be found on our website. Cherner Chair also sells direct to design professionals, furniture dealers and corporate customers.
We do offer trade and volume discounts to design professionals. You must provide Cherner Chair with your re-seller's certificate, Tax ID number or proof of membership in a professional organization (AIA, ASID, etc.) in order to qualify for any trade discounts. You can also request to open a trade account and submit your credentials online at chernerchair.com.

Cherner Chair can not repair or restore vintage chairs manufactured by the Plycraft Company from the 1950's through the 1980's. While our designs are true to Norman Cherner's original specifications, we use modern fasteners and manufacturing techniques which make our parts incompatible with vintage chairs.
Cherner Chair can not offer you an appraisal on the value of your vintage chairs. We recommend finding an appraiser of American furniture and decorative arts in your area through the Appraisers Association of America.
If you have a problem with one of our products purchased from one of our authorized retailers, we request that you contact them first before contacting us. Customer can email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to get information on having products repaired. In most cases, only those products which are under warranty will be repaired by Chener Chair.
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt and report any damage to the freight carrier. Make sure the freight carrier makes note of your reported damage. Also contact your retailer or the Cherner Chair Company within 48 hours.
Most all Cherner products are fabricated, assembled and packaged in the USA by skilled American craftsman.
All Cherner products were designed created by Norman or Benjamin Cherner.

We make every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products. However, we can't guarantee your computer monitor's display of any color will be completely accurate. If you're in doubt, please order a free wood swatch or fabric sample.
Finish samples can be requested online by clicking here. You can also email us at email@example.com to request a swatch. Complete sets of fabric samples cannot be sent to customers but may be requested directly from the manufacturer.

All Cherner Chair products are made to order for each customer. We do not keep any inventory on hand. The average lead time is 5-6 weeks. At this time we do not have a “quick ship” program so we are unable to accommodate requests for expedited orders (although it doesn’t hurt to ask).
